Heftige Kämpfe und ein Verhandlungsverbot mit Putin

Aus dem Osten und Süden der Ukraine melden russische und ukrainische Quellen heftige Kämpfe. Unterdessen unterzeichnete der ukrainische Präsident Selenskyj ein Dekret, das Verhandlungen mit Russland untersagt, solange Wladimir Putin dort Präsident ist.
